I’ve worked in every phase of the building process—design, excavation, concrete, rough framing, drywall, painting, finished carpentry, masonry, and roofing, just to name a few. Doing this work early in my career gave me the knowledge to truly understand my team while ensuring they have the organization, scheduling, and tools they need to succeed.
