Tim works closely with a trusted team of architects, national vendors, designers, and proven craftsmen to ensure every detail is executed to perfection. He visits each site multiple times a day, treating every build as if it were his own home, and delivering results that stand the test of time.

STEP #1

Tim personally works to capture every detail of your vision. He collaborates closely with a trusted team of architects, vendor designers, and craftsmen to bring your dream home to life. From floor plans to finishes, Tim and his team ensure no aspect is overlooked.

Build

STEP #2

As construction begins, Tim visits the site multiple times a day to monitor the progress. His hands-on approach, along with the expertise of his skilled crews and other team members, ensures the work is being executed to the highest standards. He communicates directly with the crews, solving any possible issues that may come up on the spot making calculated decisions and ensuring that deadlines are still met.

Completion

STEP #3

With the home now complete, Tim performs a detailed walkthrough, checking every room, fixture, and finish to ensure it meets both his high standards and your expectations. His goal is to hand over a home built with the same care as if it were his own, ready for you to create memories that last a lifetime.
